Free Warm Dynamic Warm Up!

This warm up is done before each main training session of the day.  Always done before a major are day when track time is limited!  This allows you to mentally and physically get ready for the day and guarantee there is no wasted track time with those awkward warm up laps!  Hit the track and session ready to go!

- General movement 5 min (bike ride, light run as example)

- Jumping jacks x10

- Walking quad stretch x10

- Hip/glute stretch x10

- Leg swings x10 each leg

- Side squats x 10 each way

- Squats with overhead swing x10

- Golf Swings x10 each way

- Arm circles x20 each way.  Start small and get big

- Push ups x10

- Low skips x10

- Knee high skills x10

- Tuck jumps x5

- Pogos x8

- Fast feet x5 seconds
