Track 2

Dynamic warm up before you get on the track.

 

20 min skills warm up at the track.  Pump laps, jumping, manualing, and all of the above!  

 

During your skill warm up do 2 slow acceleration sprints through the rhythm.  Start half way through the turn, and hit the rhythm. Also do 2 full speed runs through the 2nd straight  getting your feet going as fast as possible!

 

Think of today as a sprint day but on the track.  Each of the below will be performed on the track starting half way through the turn, doing the full next straight and turn.  

 

1x3 from mid way through turn 1 until the exit of turn 2 doing a different non race line through the straight

1x3 from mid way through turn 1 until the exit of turn 2 doing race line through the straight

 

1x3 from mid way through turn 2 until the exit of turn 3 doing a different non race line through the straight

1x3 from mid way through turn 2 until the exit of turn 3 doing race line through the straight

 

1x4 gates through turn 1
