Terrain: uphill

Distance (always  half cranks): 10 cranks

Reps: 1x6

Equipment: race gear

Pedals: race cranks

Goal:  Sprint strength focus and starting acceleration

 

Start Method: Box sprint

Terrain: Flat road

Distance (always  half cranks): 12 cranks

Reps: 1x6 

Equipment: race 

Pedals: race

Goal:  Gate to first jump acceleration taking strength from above and applying it to a specific first straight sprint
