Track 1:
We have the track split into 2 sessions this month as we add a second gym day back in the program to get some more strength work in. You should be fairly warmed up with your sprint session already happening today. See the below for training
15-20min skill focus work. I want you to warm up, but also push yourself trying new lines through the rhythm, new jumps, pull before jumps, whatever it is. Just don’t get stuck doing the same thing every time!
1x2 warm up gates. Focus on form rather then full speed
1x10 gates through the end of the first turn
