Track 1:
This is our standard gate start day. 20 min skills warm up at the track. Pump laps, jumping, manualing, and all of the above!
During your skill warm up do 2 slow acceleration sprints through the rhythm. Start half way through the turn, and hit the rhythm. Also do 2 full speed runs through the 2nd straight getting your feet going as fast as possible!
1x2 warm up gates. Focus on mechanics rather then speed
1x8-10 full speed first straights, also doing the first turn!
