Track 3 -
Dynamic warm up and 5 min pedal around to get loose
This will be a longer effort day also adding a speed element into the session.
Set 1: 1 larger cog on the rear for an easy gear set up
Warm up: 20 min of general skill and acceleration warm up. Try new lines, new jumps, and warm up your sprint as well.
Working set 1: 1x4 3 straight efforts (¾ laps). Start in turn 1 and go to the finish line. 10 min rest between efforts
Set 2: Race gear
Working set 2: 1x2 half lap. You can pick the start. I.E. the starting gate or a turn. 10 min rest between efforts.
