Gates 1: Trying to get the most out of what little track time you might get this month while keeping the intensity a bit lower for the month as a whole.
Spend some time warming up, get up to the gate and work in your weaknesses! Focus on general form over racing, working on perfecting your start rather then winning the practice!
Make sure you stay for your local race night! Not many opportunities to race, so take advantage of it while you can!!
