Gates:
This is a simple gate session. You should be fairly warmed up from the sprints before heading to the track
You will spend 15-20min doing skill warm up. Work on your manuals, jumping, and trying new lines. Ramp up the speed of each run as the warm up goes on. Finish your warm up with 1x2 gates.
Once ready to start your gate use this time to not only work on the physical side of things but race mentals as well! Run through your race day. Motos, quarters, semi, mains, REPEAT! Find your routine and stick to it!
We are looking for 8-10 perfect starts in this session! As always race day after the gates.
