Track 2:
Coming off a rest day I want to come into the track with some gates feeling fresh and ready to go! Make sure you spend some time warming up. Great time to work on your skills as well as warming up your acceleration.
Head up to the hill for 1x2 warm up gates working on your form with less intensity
Now we are warmed up, ready to go! 1x10 full first straight/first turn efforts.
Once done make sure to race your local race!
