Track 3:
This session is ideally done with a training partner to work on some race specific work. Make sure to warm up on each area of the track so you are ready to ride the entire track finishing up your warm up with 1x2 gates
Running through a race day 5-6min rest between efforts
Moto 1: Gate - turn 2
Moto 2: Turn 1-turn 3
Moto 3: Turn 2-finish
Do 2 sets of the above, once done you should be ready for your local race!
