Track 2: Track 2 this month is set up to be done with your local race night.
Warm up: 20min skill and acceleration warm up. When doing this do a few runs starting mid way through the turn, and a few runs starting at the beginning of the turn. While doing these runs do some manuals and jumps as well. Finish your warn up with a couple gates and first straights.
Workout: We will be doing ½ laps. If you can do this with a training partner or two. The goal is 6 half laps
Set 1: 1x2 half laps starting in turn 2-finish line rest 6-8min
Set 2: 1x2 half laps starting from the gate to the end of turn 2 rest 6-8min
Set 3: 1x2 half laps starting in turn 1- end of turn 3 rest 6-8min
