Track 3: Tonights session is focused on sprints and gates
Warm up: 10-15min skill and acceleration warm up. When doing this do a few runs starting mid way through the turn, and a few runs starting at the beginning of the turn. While doing these runs do some manuals and jumps as well. Finish your warn up with a couple gates and first straights.
Workout:
1x2 deadman starts through the rhythm. Start at the end of the turn at the bottom of the corner.
1x2 faster rolling starts through the 2nd straight starting at the beginning of the turn
1x2 gates to first jump - focus on warming up the movement, timing and skill of the gate
1x8-10 full gas first straights and turn 1. Run through the race day physically and mentally
