Track 2
This is going to be a mix of half laps and full laps.
Warm up:
1x3 slow rolling accelerations through the rhythm. Start no earlier then mid way through the turn and hit a rhythm. Try to do a new line each time mixing up manualing and jumping.
1x3 fast rolling accelerations through 2nd straight. Start as soon as you get to the turn, stay high, and get those feet going fast! Great opportunity to lock in the race line.
1x2 warm up gates.
Full speed efforts:
1x2 turn 2-finish 6-8 min recovery
1x2 gate - turn 2 6-8min recovery
1x2 full laps 15min recovery. Try to take this serious like semis and mains.
