Plyos

Normal dynamic warm up when 3 plyo workouts.  This should be done before you head to the track for training

 

Seated Box jump 4x4 reps - goal starting strength

Uphill long bounds 4x5 reps each leg - goal is mid range power development

Pogos - 4x10 reps - goal is speed development
