Track 3
Track is split into 3 sessions this month. Gates, track work, and tactical work. Track 3 is set up for track work. This session will be paired with hard gear or uphill sprints 2 beforehand
For this session you will run through our normal 20-30min skill and acceleration warm up. During this warm up do slow start runs, as well as get the legs moving quick through an entire turn. Focus mainly on single straight efforts doing out of the norm jump and manuals.
Once warmed up you will be doing ¾ laps from turn 1 to the finish line. Try to keep rest at 8-10min throughout the entire session. You will do 1x5 3/4 laps from turn 1 to the finsh line. Good luck!!
