Gates:
15-20min skill focus work. I want you to warm up, but also push yourself trying new lines through the rhythm, new jumps, pull before jumps, whatever it is. Just don’t get stuck doing the same thing every time!
1x2 runs through the rhythm with a dead man start later in the turn
1x2 runs through the 2nd straight but starting at beginning of turn and get the legs moving!
1x2 warm up gates. Focus on form rather then full speed
1x10 gates through the end of the first turn
