Track 1:
15-20min skill focus work. I want you to warm up, but also push yourself trying new lines through the rhythm, new jumps, pull before jumps, whatever it is. Just don’t get stuck doing the same thing every time! Also warm up your gate in this time as well!
Time for the work:
1x4 gates to end of turn 1 2-4min rest
1x3 half laps from the starting gate 5-7 min rest
1x2 ¾ laps from turn 1 to the finish line 6-10 min rest
