Sprints 1:

This month we are combining our sprint routine with the track, both sprint and track sessions will work with each other and the sprint session is set to warm up for the track program in place.

Run through the warm up quickly - Your normal dynamic warm up to get some range of motion:

Set 1: 

Start Method: Box start

Terrain: Uphill

Distance (always  half cranks): 6 cranks

Reps: 1x4

Equipment: Race gear

Pedals: Race specific pedals

Goal: Start strength.  Focus on tight core and smooth transition from start into your 3-6 pedal

Set 2:

Start Method:  Box start

Terrain: Flat road

Distance (always  half cranks): 12 cranks

Reps: 1x4

Equipment: race gear

Pedals: race specific

Goal: Longer first straight sprint
