Sprints 1:  Goal of this session is to work on our first straight acceleration

SET 1:

Start Method: Box start - Shoulders forward

Terrain:  Downhill

Distance: 24 cranks - always half cranks

Reps: 1x6

Equipment: Race set up

Pedals: Race Specific

Goal: Mid to end of first straight accleration

SET 2:

Start Method: Box start

Terrain:  Flat road

Distance: 18 cranks

Reps: 1x8.  If times start to go down or you feel tired you can stop

Equipment: Race

Pedals: Race Specific

Goal: Start speed - focus on pedaling first and getting a good body movement!
