Todays session is meant to be a warm up for the gate work.  Less volume, focus on the movement and race mentals

10 min bike ride and DWU

 

Start Method:  50% rolling start

Terrain:  Flat road

Distance:  20 cranks

Reps: 1x5

Equipment: Race gear

Pedals: Whatever you race on

Goal:  Mid range sprint 

 

Start Method: Box start

Terrain:  Flat road

Distance:  12 cranks

Reps: 1x6

Equipment: race gear

Pedals: race specific

Goal:  lead with head and shoulders.  Work on deep breathing and race day routine
