Distance: 6 pedals on 4 pedals off, 6 pedals on 4 pedals off, 6 pedals on 4 pedals of, 6 pedals on - So 4 accelerations in total
Reps: 1x 12
Equipment: Race set up
Pedals: Race Specific
Goal - Full straight acceleration. Since tracks are closing we need to keep our first straights moving! If you are in a cold climate this can also be done inside on rollers, or a trainer. Do 3 second sprints on and off.
