First you will start off with your normal Dynamic warm up to get the body loose

Today we are going to focus on form and strength a bit more.

 

Start Method: Medium rolling start downhill

Terrain: Downhill

Distance (always  half cranks): 24 cranks

Reps: 1x5

Equipment: race gear

Pedals: race specific

Goal: Overspeed training, warm up

 

Start Method:  box start

Terrain: flat road

Distance (always  half cranks): 18 cranks

Reps: 1x8

Equipment: race gear

Pedals: race specific

Goal: Full straight specific sprint
