For todays sprint we focus a bit more on our gate to first jump specific stuff.  

Start Method: Box start, shoulders forward.  No movement just sprint

Terrain: Uphill

Distance (always  half cranks): 8 cranks

Reps: 1x6

Equipment: race

Pedals: race

Goal:  Strength build

 

Start Method: Box start

Terrain: Flat road

Distance (always  half cranks): 12

Reps: 1x8

Equipment: race

Pedals: race

Goal:  Gate to first jump work.  Tight core, pedal first chest tall on sprint!
