This months training is split into specific race work and strength work.

 

Start Method: Foot down start

Terrain: Steep uphill

Distance (always  half cranks): 8 cranks

Reps: 1x6 

Equipment: race gear

Pedals: Flat pedals

Goal:  Tight core, stay straight, strength work

 

Start Method:  Box start

Terrain: Steep uphill

Distance (always  half cranks): 12 cranks

Reps: 1x6

Equipment: race gear

Pedals: race specific 

Goal:  Specific power work
