Sprints 2:

You should be fairly warmed up from the gym.  So we will get straight into the main sprints!

 

Start Method: Box start - shoulders forward 

Terrain: Steep Uphill

Distance (always  half cranks): 10 

Reps: 1x6

Equipment: race gear

Pedals: race specific 

Goal: Strength session, no movement off box to force power production 

 

Start Method: Box start

Terrain: uphill

Distance (always  half cranks): 10

Reps: 1x6

Equipment: race gear

Pedals: race specific 

Goal: Normal start with this one.  Adding in the gate start movement
