Terrain:  Slight uphill

Distance: 8 cranks (half cranks)

Reps: 1x6

Equipment: if possible 1 smaller in rear

Pedals: race specific 

Goal: Starting strength

 

Start Method: Box 

Terrain:  Flat road

Distance: 12 cranks (half cranks)

Reps: 1x6

Equipment: race specific

Pedals: race specific 

Goal: race acceleration
