Track 1:

Gate day this is really simple.  Warm up with some skill work, do some acceleration warm ups.  1x2 slow rolling acceleration 1x2 full speed accelerations getting legs going fast!  Time to head up the hill

 

1x2 warm up gates

1x8-10 full gas gates.  Work on not only the physical side of what you are doing but your mental side as well.  Put yourself in the next race, run that semi and main over and over again!
