Track 1

Track is split into 3 sessions this month.  Gates, track work, and tactical work.  Track 1 is set up for Gate Training and will be combined with a plyo session beforehand 

For this session you will run through our normal 20-30min skill and acceleration warm up.  During this warm up do slow start runs, as well as get the legs moving quick through an entire turn.  Focus mainly on single straight efforts doing out of the norm jump and manuals.

 

Once warmed up you will go to the hill and do 2 warm up gates. 

Now move onto the main first straight efforts.  You will do 10 full speed first straights, and as always turn 1 as well.  Get proper recovery between efforts to make sure each run is 100%
