Track 1: We are going to keep the overall training a bit lighter this month.  Make sure you warm up properly on the track.  Focusing on  skill and making sure to hit each straight.  Finishing with a couple gate starts!  Once warmed up you will be doing 2 single straight efforts finished with a half lap.  See the below - Rest as needed 

Set 1:

1x2 runs through 3rd straight

1x1 half lap turn 2-finish

Set 2:

1x2 runs through 2nd straight

1x1 half lap turn 1-3

Set 3:

1x2 first straights 

1x1 half lap gate - turn 2

(bonus points complete last set twice)

 

Finish with local race if possible!
