Track 1 

Todays session is gate day.  Try to make sure your gate day you have enough time to do sprints before hand.  The goal of the sprint session is to work on form and need less warm up time to allow you to get into the starts with less track time needed before hand.  

 

Warm up 20min:  Since you did sprints beforehand you should be warmed up with your speed, spend this time working on skills slowly ramping up your speed with the skill line.  Try to find something that challenges you, but you are also progressing as well.

 

Main workout:  2 warm up gates.  Now time to get into the main gate and first straight session.  Looking at 10 good quality gates, focusing on a race day.  Work on the physical side but also the mental side of running through a race day.  Motos, quariters, semis, and mains!
