Track 1:
Spend 15-20min on your skill and acceleration warm up. Work on new jumps, and starting at various points of the turn before your fav straight. Warming up that slow/hard push, your mid rage speed, and your full speed efforts!
1x3 slow rolling starts through the rhythm at the end of your turn
1x3 fast sprints through the entire turn and hit the next straight away
1x2 warm up gates
1x8-10 full speed first straights!
