Track 1 - June 2026

Track 1:

Spend 15-20min on your skill and acceleration warm up.  Work on new jumps, and starting at various points of the turn before your fav straight.  Warming up that slow/hard push, your mid rage speed, and your full speed efforts!

 

Finish your warm up with 2-3 warm up gates locking in your form, and being really specific on what you are doing!

 

Now you will do 3 rounds of the following 

1x3 gates to turn 1 but on the last 1 you will do a half lap.  So 2 single straight efforts followed by a half lap.

 

You will talk 2-4min rest between single straight efforts and 5-8 min rest between rounds!
