Track 1:
This is going to be your first straight night! We will start with 15min of skill warm up on the track. Next we will focus on warming up the sprint before we head to the top of the hill.
1x2 dead man accelerations out of the before your rhythm section
1x2 full turn sprint
1x2 warm up gates to the first jump, focus on mechanics of the start and what you need to do to be smooth!
1x8-10 full speed first straights. Put yourself in race mode, work on not only the start but your behind the gate prep as well! Then of course put it to good practice during your local race night!
