Track 1:
Now heading to the track you sould be warmed up and ready go to.  This will allow for less warm up time.  Spend a few min getting comfortable on the track and ready to get into your main training.  For todays session you will be focusing on first straights

Warm up gates 1x2 reps

Full first straights and first turn 1x8-10 reps
