Track 1:
This is a gate start specific day prior to your local race day. Spend 20min on skill warm up and acceleration warm up. Start at different points in the turn and still try to do jump, have fun and try new lines.
Once ready for gates
1x2 warm up gates. Focus on your form, not racing others. Be relaxed
1x8-10 full gas first straights and first turns. Put yourself in the gate, see the area, smell the dirt. Use this as a great opportunity to not only work yourself physically but mentally as well
