Track 1:
This month we have track split into 3 sessions. This month we also are going to be digging deep in full Grands Prep mode so its not set up to be easy. It is set up to be ready for Tulsa!
Track 1 is our gate start day. We will be doing sprints first. The goal of the sprint is race specific work, then taking what we did on the street and bring it to the first straight!
10-15min of skill work
1x2 warm up gates, focusing on Skill
1x8-10 full speed first straights
1x1 finish with a full lap
As a reminder this session is set up to still race your local race night!
