Track 2 - All September

Track 2:

Todays session is more focused on track speed.  We are going to do half laps  but only allow you to pedal on one straight.  So one straight you gain your speed the next one you keep it!  Work on staying forward on your bike and maximizing your backside on the jumps!

 

20min skills warm up.  Get loose on each straight and be ready to go!

1x4 half laps on turn 1-3

1x4 half laps turn 2-finish.

5-8min rest between efforts.

Give yourself a challenge and try to jump something on the straights knowing you can’t pedal still!
