Track 2 - April 2026

Track 2:

We are splitting the track up into two very specific track sessions this month.  One will be 100% focused on gates, and the other 100% focused on track work!  Bonus points if you want to do this sessions with 1 tooth up on your cog in the rear!

 

Track warm up.  Normal track warm up session focused on skill and acceleration.  Push yourself on trying new things and also work on building up your speed!  

 

Once warmed up we will be doing efforts on the track.  See the below for the specifics

 

Set 1: Half laps from turn 2-the finish line.  Give yourself 5-7min rest between efforts.  Start in the first 1/3rd of your turn 2.  You will be doing 1 set of 4 of these

 

Set 2:  We will go longer for these next 2.  We will be doing two ¾ laps from turn 1 to the finish line.  Start towards the beginning of turn 1 to give yourself as much speed as possible.  You will bne doing 1x2 of these, with 6-10min rest.
