Track 2

Track is split into 3 sessions this month.  Gates, track work, and tactical work.  Track 2 is set up for race specific tactical work.

For this session you will run through our normal 20-30min skill and acceleration warm up.  During this warm up do slow start runs, as well as get the legs moving quick through an entire turn.  Focus mainly on single straight efforts doing out of the norm jump and manuals.

 

As part of your warm up you will be doing 2 warm up first straights as well

Warm up is complete it is time for the main work

1x4 first straights from gate through turn 1

1x4 half laps from gate through turn 2

The above is ideally done with training partner

Finish session with local race completing 3 full race efforts
