Track sprint day
Warm up 20min:
Make sure you warm up on all straights of the track as we will be using different areas of the track. Use this time to continue our skill work as well.
Main workout:
This will be 3x5 sprints at various start points of the track
Set 1: Start halfway through the turn on the rhythm section, do a slow roll until the middle point, then take off and hit the rhythm as fast as possible, also if you can try a different line each time. 1x5
Set 2: Pick the turn before a straight with more jumps. You are going to start at the entry of the turn, stay high, get the legs moving fast, and if you can jump the straight away. 1x5
Set 3: Gates and first straights. This one is fairly self explanatory. Do a set of first straights. 1x5
Now go race your local race!!
