Track 2:
Spend 15-20min on your skill and acceleration warm up. Work on new jumps, and starting at various points of the turn before your fav straight. Warming up that slow/hard push, your mid rage speed, and your full speed efforts!
Finish with 1x4 gates to the first jump
You will be doing half laps. Ideally with a group of riders! This session is focused more on the track itself!

1x3-4 turn 1 through turn 3
1x3-4 turn 2 through your finishline
Try to keep rest at 5-7 min at the start, you can do 6-8 in the middle at 6-10 towards the end if needed!
