This is a rolling acceleration day. Focused more on speed.
20 min of general track riding. Warm up your skill and sprint.
1x3 gates and first straight warm up
Working efforts: You will do 1 straight full speed, one straight no pedals maintaining momentum and one straight full speed.
1x3 Gate through the end of your third straight - Gate to turn 1 full speed, roll/maintain speed turn 1- second straight, turn 2 full speed sprint and go full speed through the end of the 3rd straight.
5-8 min rest between efforts
1x3 Turn 1 through finish - Turn 1 and second straight full speed, turn 2 and 3rd straight roll/maintain speed, turn 3 and last straight full speed
