Track 2:
Spend 15-20min on your skill and acceleration warm up. Work on new jumps, and starting at various points of the turn before your fav straight. Warming up that slow/hard push, your mid rage speed, and your full speed efforts!
Finish up your warm up with a couple gate and first straights as well!
We will be doing a ladder of efforts up, and back down! Please keep the rest where you feel comfortable doing the next effort. Pushing yourself but making sure there is good quality. To much of a range on rest based on age/speed to be specific here. See efforts below
