Todays track work is going to be longer efforts.  Since your sprint should be fairly warmed up, make sure you hit each straight away to where you feel comfortable and ready to go full speed on it!

Set 1: 

Half laps from the gate through turn 2 

Reps: 1x3 reps

Equipment: Race specific 

Rest: 6-8min

Goal - race specific longer efforts

Set 2:

¾ laps from turn 1 to the finish line

Reps: 1x2 reps

Equipment: Race specific

Rest: 10 min

Goal: race specific longer efforts
