Track 2:
This is planned as a sprint and track session all in one!
Do your normal track warm up focusing on skills, and acceleration. Make sure you do some slow start runs, and some full speed/pedal the whole turn runs!
Set 1: Full speed acceleration straights. Example start in the beginning of turn 1, go high, and pedal as fast as you can. You will go full speed through the next straight, and next turn! 1x5 sprints with 2-3min rest
Set 2: Now we will focus on the opposite. This set will be a deadman style start still in the beginning of the turn to start, but come to a stop, hit your sprint and go full speed through the straight and the turn. 1x5 sprints with 2-3m in rest
Set 3: Finish with a set of gates and first straights 1x5 to the exit of turn 1 with 2-3min rest
