Track 3:

We are keeping a bit of the same track flow as last month with modified workload.  Track is split into 3 sessions.

 

Track 3 is race specific work designed to be done before your local race night, with a doing a local race in mind

 

5-10 min of slower start accelerations and skills - example start middle to end of the turn and hit your rhythm section trying to manual new lines

5-10 min of fast rolling accelerations and skills - example get the legs moving quick through a turn and do your fav jumps!

 

Think of tonight as a sprint night - focus on race specific lines on the below, and perfecting the same line each time

1x3 rhythm runs - 3 min rest between runs

1x3 runs through the jump straight on your track - 3 min rest between runs

1x8-10 first straights 3 min rest between gates
