Set 1:

Start Method: Shoulders forward box sprint - if using a sprint block turn it around and slide all the way back

Terrain:  Uphill

Distance: 10 cranks

Reps: 1x6

Equipment: If you have the ability go down 1 size cog in the rear

Pedals: Race specific 

Goal: Start strength

 

Set 2:

Start Method:  Box start - regular start

Terrain: Flat road

Distance: 12 cranks

Reps: 1x6

Equipment: If you have the ability go down 1 size cog in the rear

Pedals: Race specific

Goal: Start strength - with gate start movement
