Track 3 - All September

Track 3:

Today we burn it out!  Time for longer efforts.  You will begin with the usual 20min skills and acceleration warm up.  Make sure to hit each straight

 

1x2 warm up on the hill

 

1x6 half laps.  Mix up half with going from the gate and the other half from turn 1 to your finishline.  

 

Good luck, this day should burn that is what it is meant to do!!  8-10min rest between efforts.
