1. "How to Stay Motivated to Train During the Summer Months"




Schools are getting out, weather is good, tracks are open and it's time to ride! As we wrap up school for the season we now have a lot of time on our hands. This can go a couple ways. The easy life with the A/C on sitting on our phones, TV, and video games or being active!


This is when goals come into play. Listen training isn't always the most fun when doing it. You know when it is fun? When you get to stand on top of the podium, jump that new jump you didn't have the ability to, or beat that rider you have been trying to beat for months! So lets make this summer one for the books. We are a team and I promise to bring you the same training that riders like Daleny Vaugh are using to prep for the Olmypics, and the same stuff that has helped me win many pro races. All you need to do is do it!


However setting that goal before trianing is the secret addition that makes what we are doing go from "working out" to training! Working out is just doing what is on the program for the day. Training is pushing yourself to be better each session! Lets take advantage of the extra time we have this summer and make it happen!!
