Training Consistency Is Key

I need to get better with blog posts. I will be honest I put most of my energy into the training on the site, and social media. However this is a great avenue to speak to you all! So lets get it rolling.

Training Consistency -

Doing this for over a year now I have seen a lot of riders sign up for the program. Young kids, top amateurs hunting for NAG 1, adult riders, and professional BMX racers ( you would be surprised at some of the names that utilize these tools)!

Want to know the group that has seen the greatest results? My adult crew! Reason is they don't cherry pick, and they embrace the work day in & day out. I have watched some of my adult crew consistently hit RP's, state titles, and national wins! These riders grind, trust the process, and are getting the results!

What can we take away from this group of riders? Consistency matters!! I offer a full range of a program. However if it is too much at times start with what you can do week in and week out. Prioritize the track as #1, Sprints as #2, and Gym as #3. Make sure you are putting in the work on the track, if you are able to do the sprints each week, and if you can handle all of that lets get stronger with the gym work!

At the end of the day consistently training for a few months even at a lower volume will pay off big time over going all in one week, not the next, and your training looking like a roller coaster! If you have fallen off the wagon here is your push. Lets get going again. Start off small, in a way you can manage, and lets build off that! Let me know if this helped or if you have a blog topic you want me cover!! Thanks for reading.
